Hiya,
If you find an image you want in your signature - for example on my Banners Gallery - right-click on it and go to Properties and copy the URL of the image if you're using Internet Explorer. If you're using Firefox, right-click on the image and select "Copy Image Location".

When you've done that, go to the "signature" section of the Profile tab of your User Control Panel and paste the image URL between [img]and[/img].

For example:
