This website has been created as a personal project by freelance web designer Craig Watson and is dedicated to the London production of the smash-hit musical We Will Rock You, written by Ben Elton and featuring music from the legendary rock band Queen. This is the third incarnation of this site to be designed, and I would be very grateful for any feedback from you, the visitor to try and make the site more interesting and generally better-looking. 07/02/2008 - New WWRY Brochure - Scans Now Online!
Scans of the brand-new WWRY London brochure are now online on the Photo Gallery. Totalling 54 high-resolution scans, this is the biggest online archive of the new programme on the web!
About the Musical
We Will Rock You opened at the Dominion Theatre in London's glittering West End on May 14th 2002, and is currently in its fifth year on the West End. With new runs opening in Germany, South Africa, Canada, Japan, Russia and Switzerland, the We Will Rock You bandwagon is continuing to deliver Queen's instantly-identifiable music to new audiences around the globe. About Me
I first became a fan of We Will Rock You when I was bought tickets as a Christmas present. My first show was in January 2003, and have never looked back. I'm now past 50 performances, and have never once not wanted to go back.
I have worked on this website in my spare time for over four years, and am currently in my second year of studying a BSc (Hons) Computer Science degree course at Aberystwyth University in Wales.
Aside from We Will Rock You, I have a few other interests including freelance web design, sound engineering and music (mainly classic rock & heavy metal). I have a portfolio of my web design work at www.sonicadesign.com and my personal website, blog and gallery is at www.cwatson.org.
